One Body Village Canada celebrates its 5th anniversary!

A message from our President

Dear Friends:

On behalf of our Board of Directors, I would like to sincerely thank you for your love and support of our mission to end child sexual exploitation over the last five years. While we officially incorporated as a non-profit organization in 2016, our journey in Canada actually started in 2012 after my first trip to Southeast Asia. The children I met and the stories I heard left a mark on my heart. I made a promise to rally Canadians to fight for their freedom from violence, abuse, and exploitation.

I started with bake sales and hand-made bracelets to raise money and awareness in my Calgary community. Now, we have gained support across Canada, the USA, UK, and Asia! Not only that, we more than doubled our fundraising goal every year and directly impacted over 300 children since 2016!

Please enjoy this short video that highlights the impact you helped us achieve in the last five years. Your unwavering love and support, especially through 2020 and the pandemic, continues to help us reach as many children as we can. Just today on our 5th anniversary, we welcomed two new children to our home in Vietnam!

We promise to remain steadfast in our mission for years to come. We will not stop until every child is free!
